Baseten is hiring a Revenue Analyst to build and scale the data foundation behind revenue and usage reporting. The role sits at the intersection of Finance and Revenue Operations, connecting contract terms, pricing, CPQ data, product usage, metering, billing, and invoices into an accurate view of customer revenue. You will work alongside Finance Systems to translate new pricing and contract structures into durable data models and dashboards that give Finance and Revenue Operations a trusted view of revenue. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining production-grade dbt models and dashboards that connect Salesforce and CPQ, contracts, Orb, and product usage data. You'll create canonical data marts for customers, products, contract terms, subscriptions, commitments, credits, billable usage, and invoices. A critical part of the role is reconciling metered product usage to billed revenue, invoice line items, and contract terms, investigating gaps before they affect customers or financial reporting. You'll partner with Finance and Revenue Operations to define and govern metrics for bookings, contracted commitments, consumption, billed revenue, ARR, NDR, and expansion. You'll support monthly close, revenue forecasting, and operating reviews with variance and trend analysis. You'll also document metric logic, source ownership, lineage, and exception handling, adding tests and version control to ensure revenue data stays reliable as systems change. Baseten powers mission-critical inference for leading AI companies including Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. The company recently raised $1.5B in Series F funding led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital.
