Jellyfish is a global digital marketing agency combining tech expertise, creative talent, and media/data specialists to drive digital transformation for clients. As a Retail Media Manager, you will drive media performance and account growth across complex retail media accounts, primarily Amazon.
Key responsibilities include managing and optimizing retail media campaigns (Sponsored Advertising and DSP activations), ensuring accurate budget delivery, completing campaign builds and daily pacing tasks, and generating performance insights for clients. You will independently handle optimization work, support Sr. Manager/Director on account maintenance (keywords, settings, creative), and proactively propose media execution improvements. The role requires interfacing with clients through written, phone, and in-person communication, collaborating with internal teams, and staying current with tools, trends, and best practices.
You bring 4+ years of retail media experience, ideally in an agency setting, with strong knowledge of Amazon Sponsored Ads and Display advertising through Ad Console. Experience with third-party bid management platforms (SKAI, Pacvue) is a plus. You have a proven track record managing complex retail media budgets, understand the retail industry and latest trends, and possess advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for producing high-quality client documents.
