Salary: EUR 4,800 - 5,000 / monthly

The Retail Credit Risk Manager role sits within Revolut's Risk function, which operates across all functions, products, and regions to monitor performance and ensure safe business operations. This position supports the growth of Revolut's retail credit portfolio through data-driven decision-making on risk-adjusted returns and actions that impact portfolio credit performance and profitability. Key responsibilities include: - Overseeing exposure to retail credit risk across the organization - Collaborating with the Risk Modelling team to design, develop, and implement retail credit risk models - Managing risk appetite through limit calibration and continuous monitoring - Maintaining key policies, procedures, and controls - Engaging with first-line businesses to identify, monitor, and govern emerging retail credit risks, including new product risk assessments - Engaging with key stakeholders, committees, and regional regulators on material retail credit risk exposures and limit governance - Quantifying risk exposures while considering stakeholder impact - Protecting the company from excessive risk-taking and associated costs - Building trust and reputation with external stakeholders - Identifying emerging risks that require immediate attention or could threaten long-term viability Requirements: - Experience in consumer credit risk within financial institutions, banks, asset management, payment institutions, or related services - Knowledge of key lending products such as credit cards, personal loans, buy now-pay later, and/or mortgages - Quantitative background in STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics), statistics, economics, or related fields - Fluency in English Nice to have: - Experience in the second line of defence (risk) - Programming skills in Python, R, and/or SQL
