Believe, a global leader in artist development with 2,000+ employees across 50+ countries, is seeking a Finance SI Integration Manager to lead ERP deployment and system integration initiatives across newly acquired subsidiaries in an international context.
Reporting to the Finance SI Director, you will manage a dedicated team of functional experts while overseeing operational delivery of Sage X3 Finance module integration projects. This hybrid role combines team leadership with hands-on project management, ensuring adherence to the group's Core Model and driving methodological rigor across all integration initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
**Team Leadership & Resource Management**
- Coordinate daily team activities and ensure balanced workload distribution among functional experts
- Define collective and individual objectives; conduct regular performance reviews
- Drive continuous improvement of team processes and working methods
**Project Management & Methodology**
- Deploy unified, rigorous project methodology aligned with Finance SI processes
- Contribute to integration roadmap definition and ensure operational delivery with accurate capacity estimation and milestone tracking
- Guarantee quality of deliverables across all projects
- Ensure Core Model compliance during Sage X3 deployments
**Operational Delivery**
- Manage multiple concurrent integration projects; identify dependencies and blockers; propose capacity and priority arbitration
- Conduct gap analysis between Core Model Sage X3 Finance and local entity requirements
- Champion "Standard First" approach; limit custom development to justified business, regulatory, or technical needs
- Challenge local requirements; propose and execute necessary trade-offs with stakeholders
- Oversee functional configuration and end-to-end data migration (master data and transactional) using Excel, Google Sheets, or ETL tools (N8N)
- Author functional specifications (legal adaptations, API interfaces); pilot custom developments (L4G) with integration developers
- Conduct UAT phases, deliver user training, provide post-launch support (Hypercare)
- Prepare production transition: documentation, knowledge transfer, support procedures, incident monitoring, and project exit criteria
**Cross-Functional Communication & Reporting**
- Provide regular hierarchical reporting on project progress and team activities
- Maintain clear communication with partner departments (M&A, Finance SI, International Accounting) and local leadership
**Requirements**
- Education: Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) in IT and/or Finance/Accounting
- Experience: 6+ years in Sage X3 ERP project management (Finance module); international project experience and prior team/project leadership experience preferred
- Technical & Functional Skills: Mastery of Sage X3 Finance modules; knowledge of integration architectures and associated tools (SQL, APIs, SFTP/FTP, N8N or similar); familiarity with Power BI and Crystal Reports
- Soft Skills: Leadership, methodological rigor, analytical and synthesis capabilities, listening skills, communication ability, change management proficiency
- Languages: Fluent English (written and spoken) required for international context
