Mixpanel is the leading product intelligence and analytics platform trusted by over 29,000 companies. The Renewals Manager role sits at the heart of the revenue engine, partnering with strategic customers to ensure they continuously realize value from Mixpanel's platform while protecting and growing the company's recurring revenue base. In this role, you will own the end-to-end renewal cycle for an assigned book of business, managing the full quote-to-close process with accuracy and urgency. You'll negotiate contract renewals using sound commercial judgment, balancing customer relationship protection with value maximization. Key responsibilities include maintaining a rolling 90–120-day forecast, analyzing renewal data to identify trends and surface risk, and engaging decision-makers early to understand budget cycles and approval processes. You'll proactively identify risk signals and partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Deal Desk, Legal, Finance, and Sales to navigate complex situations and protect retention. You'll develop and present tailored pricing and packaging proposals, articulate Mixpanel's differentiated value against competitive pressures, and contribute to process improvements and scalable playbooks. The ideal candidate brings a track record of quota achievement in renewals, account management, or sales roles within B2B SaaS environments. You should have experience negotiating contracts with commercial and procurement stakeholders on multi-year or multi-product deals, managing high-volume books of business while maintaining forecast accuracy and customer satisfaction. Comfort with ARR data, churn signals, and renewal metrics is essential, as is the ability to partner cross-functionally to close complex deals. Experience in product analytics, data tooling, developer-facing SaaS, Salesforce/Gong, or value/outcome-based selling methodologies is a plus.
