Salary: USD 174,600 - 213,400 / annual

The Renewals Manager role sits at the heart of the revenue engine, partnering with strategic customers to ensure they continuously realize value from Mixpanel while protecting and growing recurring revenue. You will own the full renewal cycle for an assigned book of business—from early risk identification through contract close. Working closely with Customer Value Managers, Sales, and Finance, you'll be the primary driver of on-time, on-value renewals in your territory. Key responsibilities include: - Managing the end-to-end renewal process for assigned accounts, handling quote-to-close with accuracy and urgency - Negotiating contract renewals using sound commercial judgment to protect customer relationships while maximizing contract value - Maintaining a rolling 90–120-day forecast and analyzing renewal data to identify trends, surface risk, and prioritize intervention - Engaging decision-makers early to understand budget cycles, stakeholder maps, approval processes, and potential blockers - Identifying risk signals proactively and partnering cross-functionally with Customer Success, Deal Desk, Legal, Finance, and Sales - Developing and presenting tailored pricing and packaging proposals aligned to customer needs and growth stage - Articulating Mixpanel's differentiated value and defending against competitive pressures during negotiations - Contributing to renewal process improvements and building scalable playbooks Ideal candidates bring a track record of quota achievement in renewals, account management, or sales roles within B2B SaaS. You should have experience negotiating contracts with commercial and procurement stakeholders, managing high-volume books of business while maintaining forecast accuracy, and working comfortably with ARR data and renewal metrics. Cross-functional collaboration with CS, Finance, Legal, and Sales Ops is essential. Bonus experience includes product analytics, data tooling, developer-facing SaaS, Salesforce/Gong proficiency, or value/outcome-based selling methodologies.
