The Client Renewal team drives customer retention and expansion by managing renewals, upsells, and expansion opportunities. As a Renewals Manager reporting to the Head of LEAP Renewals Australia & New Zealand, you will own a book of business and manage client relationships with independence and impact.
Key responsibilities include:
- Negotiate commercial terms with senior stakeholders at renewal points, handling objections effectively to secure agreement renewals
- Develop deep understanding of client challenges and needs, providing tailored solutions
- Build and maintain product knowledge of LEAP features and benefits
- Leverage internal resources and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve client roadblocks
- Demonstrate new features, products, and add-ons to maximize client productivity
- Log all client activity accurately in Salesforce CRM
- Attend industry conferences, roadshows, and networking events
- Achieve individual and team renewal targets aligned with company goals
You bring 2+ years of B2B SaaS commercial experience with a proven track record of top team performance and customer success. You have strong commercial intuition, gravitas to engage senior leadership, and the ability to construct cross-functional business plans. You proactively identify expansion opportunities and mitigate revenue risks. You're an exceptional communicator—verbal, written, and presentation—with the ability to build trust and influence across all organizational levels.
