Zscaler is seeking a Renewals Account Manager to join its global Sales and Go-to-Market team, focused on managing contract renewals for commercial customers with ARR of $50K and below. This remote role reports to the Manager of AMS Commercial Renewals and is integral to Zscaler's position as a leader in cloud security.
In this position, you will manage a high volume of renewal contracts, ensuring timely execution and customer satisfaction. You'll work cross-functionally with deal desk, pricing, partners, customer success, sales operations, and account executives to drive renewals to completion. A key expectation is adopting and championing AI tools to enhance productivity and meet variable compensation targets. You'll also develop product knowledge to identify migration opportunities to current SKUs and potential upsell scenarios for account executives.

Success in this role requires strong organizational and time-management skills to handle high-volume workstreams, proven ability to manage large transaction volumes and consistently meet targets, and excellent collaboration skills across cross-functional teams. You should demonstrate curiosity about and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies into daily workflows. A background in high-volume renewal, sales, or account management environments is essential.
