Zscaler is seeking a Renewals Account Manager to join its global Sales and Go-to-Market team, focused on managing contract renewals for commercial customers with ARR of $50K and below. This remote role reports to the Manager of AMS Commercial Renewals within the Worldwide Renewals department.
In this position, you will manage a high volume of renewal contracts, ensuring timely execution and strong customer satisfaction. You'll collaborate across multiple internal teams—deal desk, pricing, partners, customer success, sales operations, and account executives—to drive renewals to completion. A key aspect of the role involves adopting and championing AI tools to enhance productivity and stay organized across numerous workstreams.
You'll develop product knowledge to identify migration opportunities to current SKUs and flag upsell potential for account executives. Success requires managing large transaction volumes while consistently hitting targets in a variable compensation model.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in high-volume renewals, sales, or account management, with proven ability to juggle multiple transactions and meet aggressive targets. You should excel at cross-functional collaboration, possess exceptional organizational and time-management skills, and demonstrate active curiosity about AI tools and how to integrate them into daily workflows. Preferred qualifications include hands-on experience using AI to drive insights and improve productivity, as well as familiarity with Zscaler products and contract management tools.
