As a Renewal Representative, you will be responsible for executing all phases of the subscription renewal lifecycle. Your core responsibilities include notifying customers of upcoming renewals, generating quotes, and closing renewal opportunities. You will manage the renewals pipeline with strong forecast accuracy and achieve quarterly and annual revenue and retention targets.
You will analyze customer renewal data to develop retention and uplift strategies, partnering closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to identify upsell and upgrade opportunities. A key part of the role involves monitoring at-risk renewals and developing action plans with cross-functional teams to win back customers. You'll maintain accurate CRM records and develop expert-level knowledge of Postman's products and plans.
The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 5 years of renewals experience in rapid-growth SaaS companies, value-added resellers, or software distributors. You should have superior communication skills, proven ability to sell, and detailed understanding of renewal lifecycles. You'll be confident managing customer quotes, contracts, and terms, with the ability to identify and implement best practice processes. Experience with SaaS subscription revenue models, product-led growth companies, and working with both direct procurement and partner reseller teams is essential. Strong data analysis skills, multitasking ability, and effective time management are required.
Postman values in-person collaboration and requires 5 days per week in the Austin office.
