Mixpanel is a leading product intelligence and analytics platform trusted by over 29,000 companies. The Renewals team partners with customers across EMEA to help them extract value from product data and drive growth.
As a Renewal Manager for EMEA, you will own the renewal process for an assigned book of business, working closely with Customer Value Managers, Sales, and Finance to protect recurring revenue. You'll handle most renewals independently using established playbooks and pricing guidance, escalating complex negotiations, competitive risks, or unusual contract structures to senior teammates.
Key responsibilities include managing the renewal process across a high-volume territory using Salesforce, dashboards, and AI tools to analyze account data and flag risk early. You'll negotiate standard contract renewals within established pricing parameters, reach out to key stakeholders early in the renewal cycle to understand budget timing and approval processes, and spot early risk signals to loop in cross-functional teams. You'll present pricing and packaging options based on templates, communicate Mixpanel's value clearly, and contribute to team playbooks and automated workflows based on learnings from your renewals.
You should have experience in renewals, customer success, account management, or sales managing a high-volume book of business. Strong organizational skills to track many renewals simultaneously, comfort with Salesforce, spreadsheets, dashboards, and AI tools like Claude are essential. You'll need understanding of pricing and negotiation to protect gross revenue retention while spotting expansion opportunities, a sense of ownership over your book of business, and clear written communication skills. A collaborative approach across Sales, Customer Success, Deal Desk, Support, and Finance is critical, along with comfort adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus qualifications include experience using AI tools to improve efficiency, familiarity with Mixpanel's product features, experience in product analytics or developer-facing SaaS, and additional European language skills.
