DocuSign is seeking a Renewal Coordinator to manage a high-volume portfolio of 700-800+ renewal contracts in an assigned territory. This individual contributor role is responsible for owning the end-to-end renewal process, partnering with Account Executives and internal stakeholders to secure renewals, minimize financial attrition, and identify growth opportunities.
Key responsibilities include engaging with customers to secure and process renewals on time, maintaining an accurate rolling forecast and communicating renewal risks, executing win-win negotiation strategies that maximize contract value while protecting customer relationships, and identifying incremental upsell opportunities during renewal cycles. The role requires strong CRM hygiene, accurate data management, and leveraging customer data to assess renewal health.
You will report to the Director of Customer Success Account Management or Lead Customer Success Account Manager. Success in this role requires managing large volumes of concurrent customer relationships, strong organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher, fluency in written and spoken Japanese, and intermediate English proficiency for internal sales tools. Preferred experience includes strong negotiation skills, ability to drive contracts to completion on time, excellent cross-functional collaboration, and demonstrated interest in sales and contract negotiation.
