Candid is a telehealth-enabled clear aligner company transforming orthodontic care through clinical expertise and technology. As a Remote Account Manager, you'll drive growth of CandidPro case volume by building and nurturing long-term relationships with dental practices across the United States.
You'll serve as a consultative partner, training and supporting practices to optimize their workflows and increase aligner adoption. Your responsibilities include exercising independent judgment to tailor engagement strategies based on each practice's operational needs and growth potential. You'll build trust-based relationships with providers and their teams, influencing behavior and driving long-term success through strategic guidance.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver responsive solutions, working with marketing on targeted campaigns and educational programs, and making autonomous decisions on account prioritization and resource allocation. You'll maintain organized pipelines and performance tracking in Salesforce, analyze complex account data to make high-level revenue recommendations, and stay current on product and industry trends to confidently position CandidPro in clinical and business conversations. The role includes up to 10% travel for select events and conferences to strengthen account relationships and represent the brand.
You'll need 2+ years of sales or account management experience (dental or healthcare preferred), a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field, strong verbal and written communication skills, and confidence presenting and leading virtual trainings. CRM and Salesforce experience is preferred. You should be comfortable working independently, managing multiple relationships remotely, and maintaining a strong customer-first mindset focused on improving oral health outcomes.
