Oscar Health is seeking a Relationship Manager, CHOICE Arrangements to join the CHOICE Arrangements Growth Team. Oscar is a technology-driven health insurance company founded in 2012, built on a full-stack platform with a focus on member experience.
In this role, you will drive business development efforts for Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements (ICHRA, formerly known as CHOICE Arrangements), focusing on distribution partnerships and Oscar adoption. You will build and maintain deep relationships with CHOICE Arrangements administrators, brokers, and alternative distribution channels. As the subject matter expert, you will provide comprehensive education and training to the distribution channel on the CHOICE Arrangements product, regulations, and Oscar's value proposition.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing CHOICE Arrangements business development and growth strategies across national markets
- Managing strategic relationships with administrators, brokers, and distribution partners to maximize adoption and sales
- Serving as primary subject matter expert, providing education and training on product, regulations, and Oscar's CHOICE value story
- Building deep relationships within key organizations to establish Oscar as the preferred CHOICE partner
- Collaborating cross-functionally to develop tools, processes, and sales enablement materials for brokers and partners
- Acting as the voice of distribution partners, communicating frontline feedback and market dynamics to internal stakeholders
- Representing Oscar at industry conferences, broker meetings, and community events
- Synthesizing and reporting on market performance, growth trends, and channel engagement to executives
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to CHOICE sales and distribution
This is a remote role with up to 50% travel required. You must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, or Washington, D.C.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in the healthcare industry in an outside sales role
- Excellent salesmanship, presentation skills, communication, and demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships
- Proficient in Salesforce
- CHOICE experience highly favored
