Salary: USD 66,000 - 88,000 / annual
Robinhood's Advisor Services team is seeking a Relationship Manager to serve as a dedicated advocate and point of contact for registered investment advisor (RIA) firms using the TradePMR by Robinhood platform. This hybrid role is based in Clearwater, FL or Westlake, TX with in-person attendance required at least 3 days per week.
You will develop and maintain deep relationships with assigned advisor firms, gaining comprehensive understanding of their business structure, key decision makers, technology stack, and client demographics. Your responsibilities include educating advisors on platform changes and upcoming roadmap features, helping them find efficient and effective ways to conduct business on the platform, and regularly meeting with firms both virtually and in person to deepen relationships and increase loyalty.
You will leverage internal CRM and technology solutions to identify signals and trends within your portfolio of firms, translating these insights into actionable feedback and targeted education. A critical part of the role is serving as an internal advocate for your firms—escalating issues to appropriate stakeholders, influencing platform enhancements based on client needs, and ensuring a seamless experience for advisors.
The Advisor Services team operates with a mission to support firm growth on the platform, which directly impacts net deposit increases to Robinhood. You'll work within a high-performing, fast-moving team where expectations are high and the work is high-impact.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of customer service and related industry experience
- SIE (Securities Industry Essentials) certification required
- Series 7 certification preferred
- High understanding of the RIA industry and TradePMR platform features, tools, and products
- Demonstrated passion for problem-solving and helping others find solutions to complex requests
- Curious learner motivated to develop expertise in role, clients, and platform
- Willingness to take on new responsibilities with strong execution mentality
