The Legal team at Revolut partners across the organization to provide practical, sharp advice that enables fast business growth while maintaining compliance and legal protection. The team handles complex matters including structuring credit programmes, navigating new markets, and ensuring sustainable, compliant expansion.
As a Regulatory Counsel, you will advise on compliance and legal issues surrounding Revolut's financial products. Your responsibilities include:
• Providing compliance and legal advice on the structuring of new and existing financial products, including payment, investment, and banking features
• Drafting customer-facing legal documents
• Managing regulatory expectations, requirements, and applications
• Organizing local corporate structure
• Drafting and negotiating intragroup agreements and contractual documentation with external vendors and suppliers
• Excelling at leadership while undertaking executional work
• Handling significant and complex legal matters with short turnaround times
You will work in a multicultural, fast-paced environment where you balance strategic guidance with hands-on execution, managing stakeholders across product, compliance, and business teams.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 4+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
• Excellent academic and professional credentials
• Experience advising on local financial regulations
• Sound judgment, composure under pressure, and collaborative mindset
• Confidence making decisions where there is ambiguity or incomplete information
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluency in English
