Ping Identity is seeking a Regional VP of Sales to lead the UK, Ireland, and international (UKI) sales function. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the enterprise sales team, and executing go-to-market strategies aligned with company objectives. Key responsibilities include: developing and executing the overall enterprise go-to-market strategy for the UKI region; leading and managing the UKI enterprise sales team to foster collaboration, professional growth, and high performance; defining and implementing sales strategies, tactics, and targets to drive revenue growth and achieve quotas; building and maintaining strong customer relationships as a trusted advisor; collaborating with marketing to align sales and marketing initiatives and generate leads; working with product management to understand customer needs and shape product roadmap; developing and implementing sales processes including lead generation, opportunity management, and pipeline management; providing leadership in sales forecasting, resource planning, and budget management; collaborating with sales operations to optimize sales tools and technologies; coaching and mentoring the enterprise sales team; monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics; staying informed about industry trends and competitive landscape; representing Ping Identity at industry events and customer meetings; and ensuring a unified, customer-centric approach across cross-functional teams. Required qualifications: extensive senior leadership experience in sales within the technology industry; proven experience managing large teams across matrixed, distributed go-to-market organizations; experience selling to customers within $500M–$2B ARR; demonstrated track record driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets; strong understanding of sales strategies, processes, and metrics; excellent leadership and people management skills; exceptional communication and negotiation abilities; strong collaboration and influencing skills across cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders; solid business acumen in sales operations, forecasting, and budget management; ability to analyze market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape; ability to adapt to fast-paced, dynamic environments; and willingness to travel as needed.
