Salary: USD 90,000 - 120,000 / annual
Savant Systems is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead revenue growth and channel development across the TOLA region (Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas). This is a hybrid role based in Dallas or Houston, covering the professional sales channel for intelligent lighting and smart home solutions.
You will define and execute territory action plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and install quotas. Key responsibilities include:
• Develop and manage relationships with Savant Authorized Integrators, supporting them in achieving individual annual sales targets and quarterly forecasting
• Conduct in-region new product overviews and training sessions
• Target and recruit new, qualified customers to increase market share
• Qualify sales leads and refer opportunities to the integrator base
• Identify and visit key specifiers, providing system design training and technical guidance
• Drive adoption of multiple Savant product categories and scalable solutions across small/mid-size and large-scale projects
• Support integrators in designing end-to-end Savant technology systems and driving upgrade and service revenue
• Interface with Technical Support and Customer Service on regional service, design activities, and technical escalations
• Participate in alpha/beta testing of new products and submit bug reports
• Represent Savant at local and national trade and industry events
• Promote the Savant brand locally with trades people and end-users
The ideal candidate lives in the DFW or Houston areas and has work experience from both the dealer and manufacturer sides of the industry, with firsthand experience using Savant products.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline OR 3–5 years of technical sales experience
• Experience with home automation and control, networking, entertainment, lighting, and HVAC control solutions
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; excellent listening skills
• Strong computer skills, including programming experience; proficiency in Keynote, iPad/iPhone applications, webinar platforms
• Ability to analyze and adapt to business priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Solid financial and budgetary skills
• Must live within the TOLA sales region (TX, OK, LA, AR)
