Beacon Biosignals is transforming precision medicine for the brain through at-home EEG and cardiopulmonary diagnostics. The Regional Sales Manager will drive adoption of Beacon HST (home sleep testing) across the Southeast, owning a high-priority territory spanning West Virginia, Virginia, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida.
Reporting to the National Vice President of Clinical Sales, this role does not initially manage direct reports but carries full P&L responsibility for the Southeast region. Success requires converting clinical credibility into commercial scale by opening new accounts, expanding strategic partnerships, displacing incumbent solutions, and ensuring post-sale utilization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning full territory performance: pipeline creation, deal progression, revenue attainment, and forecast accuracy
- Driving new business and account expansion across sleep labs, IDTFs, health systems, and multi-site clinical organizations
- Leading with clinical differentiation by translating EEG-based diagnostics and workflow advantages into clear value propositions for physicians, administrators, and technical stakeholders
- Maintaining disciplined CRM hygiene in Zoho with timely follow-up, clean opportunity staging, and reliable forecasting
- Developing relationships with sleep physicians, pulmonologists, neurologists, technical directors, and executive decision-makers across complex buying committees
- Executing high-impact product demonstrations and supporting clinical validation in real-world customer environments
- Attending regional and national conferences to generate leads, identify key opinion leaders, and support market education
- Partnering cross-functionally with Clinical Enablement, Operations, Product, Customer Experience, and Logistics teams
- Maintaining HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of medical device or healthcare sales experience
- 4+ years in sleep diagnostics, cardiopulmonary diagnostics, neurology-adjacent diagnostics, or closely related clinical markets
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in field-based territory roles
- Demonstrated ability to sell into complex healthcare environments with multiple stakeholders and longer buying cycles
- Strong clinical curiosity and ability to explain diagnostic differentiation clearly
Preferred candidate locations include Georgia or Florida with access to major metros to support field travel and customer engagement.
