Teya is a Series C fintech company building a financial platform for local businesses across Europe. The company focuses on simplifying financial services for cafés, restaurants, salons, shops, and entrepreneurs through intuitive tools, thoughtful design, and human-centered support. As Regional Sales Manager for the South East, you will lead and scale an Independent Sales Agent channel from 0 to approximately 60 commission-only sales representatives. This is a high-velocity, transactional field role requiring hands-on management and strategic thinking. Key responsibilities include: - Building and managing a dynamic team of freelance sales representatives at varying experience levels - Designing and implementing effective sales processes and training programs for new and existing sellers - Providing ongoing mentorship to develop individuals and increase monthly sales volume - Conducting regular performance reviews to ensure engagement and build long-term partnerships - Collaborating with marketing and product teams to advocate for seller needs and optimize tools - Analyzing sales data and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and drive channel growth - Traveling as needed to meet with sellers, attend industry events, and support the team across locations You will need proven field sales management experience, ideally in payments or fintech. Demonstrated ability to design sales training for mixed experience levels, strong leadership skills for motivating commission-based teams, and strategic sales planning expertise are essential. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-oriented, organized, and knowledgeable about industry trends and competitive dynamics. Compensation includes base salary plus uncapped commissions.
