As Regional Sales Manager for Mid-Market in Atlanta, you will lead and develop a high-performing sales team to drive revenue growth in your region. Your responsibilities include coaching and motivating direct reports through pipeline reviews, managing daily and weekly activities, forecasts, and closed deals to ensure individual and team quota attainment. You'll work cross-functionally with product, marketing, engineering, and operations to align priorities and resources. The role demands strategic problem-solving, proactive issue resolution, and the ability to surface scalable solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
You will hire, develop, and lead a world-class team supporting revenue targets. Key activities include conducting pipeline reviews, managing forecasts, ensuring activity targets are met, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement through mentoring, best-practice sharing, and training sessions.
Required qualifications: 12+ months in a sales management or equivalent role with consistent quarterly quota achievement. Minimum $1.5M in lifetime bookings. Demonstrated ability to exceed activity and prospecting targets (calls, emails, demos, pipeline generation). Strong track record of building partner relationships and internal credibility. Experience mentoring and developing sales representatives. Excellent oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Deep knowledge of the full sales cycle with proven ability to prospect, qualify, and close deals. Must be independently authorized to work in the U.S.
