Beacon Biosignals is transforming precision medicine for the brain through at-home EEG and cardiopulmonary diagnostics. The Regional Sales Manager will drive adoption of Beacon HST (Home Sleep Testing) across California and Nevada, reporting to the National Vice President of Clinical Sales. This is a field-based territory role with no direct reports initially, focused on selling into complex clinical environments including sleep labs, IDTFs, health systems, and multi-site clinical organizations.
Success requires owning full territory performance: pipeline creation, deal progression, revenue attainment, and forecast accuracy. The role demands the ability to translate clinical differentiation—EEG-based diagnostics, workflow advantages, and data quality—into clear value propositions for physicians, administrators, and technical stakeholders. You will develop relationships across sleep physicians, pulmonologists, neurologists, technical directors, and executive decision-makers in complex buying committees.
Key responsibilities include executing product demonstrations, supporting clinical validation in customer environments, attending regional and national conferences for lead generation and KOL identification, and maintaining disciplined CRM hygiene in Zoho. Cross-functional collaboration with Clinical Enablement, Operations, Product, Customer Experience, and Logistics is essential to support onboarding, utilization, retention, and reorder consistency. The role requires HIPAA compliance and confidentiality of Protected Health Information.
Required qualifications: 7+ years of medical device or healthcare sales experience; 4+ years in sleep diagnostics, cardiopulmonary diagnostics, neurology-adjacent diagnostics, or closely related clinical markets; proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in field-based territory roles; demonstrated ability to sell into complex healthcare environments with multiple stakeholders and longer buying cycles; strong clinical curiosity and ability to explain diagnostic differentiation clearly. Preferred candidate locations include San Diego, Los Angeles, or San Francisco with major metro access to support field travel and customer engagement.
