ApplyBoard is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth in the Hyderabad market. This role is responsible for meeting and exceeding assigned revenue targets by identifying and securing new B2B business opportunities, particularly within the education and technology sectors. You will develop and implement go-to-market strategies tailored to regional dynamics, working closely with internal stakeholders to align promotional activities, pricing, and sales objectives.
Key responsibilities include activating new customers for product adoption, engaging proactively with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, and developing cross-selling strategies to maximize revenue potential. You will work with the product team to gather customer feedback and improve product adoption within the region. The role requires strong collaboration across sales, marketing, and core business teams to reach target markets effectively.
You will utilize CRM systems and technology platforms to streamline processes, track sales performance, and enhance customer interactions. Regular performance analysis and reporting to senior management on sales achievements, market conditions, and competitive landscape is expected.
The ideal candidate brings a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, with a minimum of 3+ years of sales management experience in B2B environments, ideally in education or technology sectors. You should have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, strong understanding of value-added services, and exceptional interpersonal skills focused on building long-term customer relationships. Proficiency with CRM tools, data analysis techniques, and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams is essential.
