ApplyBoard is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and market expansion in Haryana, India. This role is central to ApplyBoard's mission of simplifying international education access by connecting students, advisors, and institutions on a unified platform.
You will lead revenue generation efforts across your designated region, targeting B2B networks to promote and sell value-added services (VAS) including Test Vouchers, GIC, Loans, Forex, and more. Your responsibilities include meeting and exceeding assigned revenue targets, fostering relationships with potential and existing customers, and developing tailored go-to-market strategies that align with ApplyBoard's business objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the B2B network while maintaining and enhancing existing customer relationships
- Design and implement region-specific go-to-market strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Activate new customers for product adoption and drive revenue generation
- Work closely with the product team to enhance offerings, gather customer feedback, and improve product adoption
- Develop and execute cross-selling strategies to maximize revenue potential from existing customers
- Utilize CRM systems and technology platforms to streamline processes and track sales performance
- Foster collaboration between sales, marketing, and core business teams
- Monitor sales metrics, identify trends, and prepare regular performance reports for senior management
You bring a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, with a minimum of 3+ years of sales management experience in B2B environments, ideally in education or technology sectors. You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, strong understanding of value-added services, and exceptional interpersonal skills. You are proficient with CRM tools and data analysis techniques, and thrive in cross-functional team environments.
