Vizcom is a design software platform that collapses the distance between a designer's initial sketch and a manufacturable product. The company has raised $51M and counts Riot, GM, Nike, and Hasbro among its users. You'll be Vizcom's first dedicated sales hire in APAC, responsible for owning and growing the region across Japan and South Korea.
You'll manage existing enterprise accounts in both markets, including relationships with major automotive OEMs and consumer electronics companies, while building new pipeline across industrial design and product design verticals. This role comes with real revenue and established relationships on day one, but significant whitespace to expand. You'll run the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, adapting to local buying cultures (ringi process in Japan, chaebol dynamics in Korea). You'll identify and develop channel partnerships, VARs, and resellers to accelerate growth in each market.
Key responsibilities include owning enterprise account retention and expansion, building new pipeline across automotive, consumer electronics, and product design sectors, running full sales cycles with demos and contract negotiation, developing localized sales materials and case studies, and providing market intelligence on competitive landscape, pricing, and localization needs back to product and leadership. You'll represent Vizcom at industry events and design conferences across the region and collaborate with marketing on demand generation in the Japanese and Korean design communities.
You'll need 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience in Japan and/or Korea with a strong quota attainment track record. Fluency in both Japanese and Korean is required, with professional English proficiency and understanding of cultural nuances between markets. Direct experience selling creative tools, design software, or engineering tools (Autodesk, Adobe, Figma, SolidWorks, etc.) is essential. You should be based in Tokyo, Osaka, or Seoul, or willing to relocate. Existing relationships within industrial design, product design, or manufacturing organizations in Japan or Korea are valuable, as is familiarity with enterprise buying processes and channel/reseller go-to-market models in APAC.
This is a ground-floor opportunity to build Vizcom's APAC business with a clear path to Head of APAC Sales. You'll have direct access to the CEO and founding team, and you'll be selling a product that designers genuinely love using.
