As Regional Sales Lead for Indiana and Kentucky, you will manage a team of Territory Managers driving adoption of Halter's hardware and software solution across the region. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring approximately 60% travel to support field sales activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and coaching Territory Managers through in-field work, feedback, role-plays, and sales training to drive consistent performance improvement
- Owning regional revenue targets by driving activity, supporting new sales and account expansion, and ensuring team members hit input and output metrics
- Maintaining Salesforce hygiene and forecasting discipline, reviewing pipelines weekly, ensuring data accuracy, and providing deal support on structure and escalations
- Surfacing customer insights, product feedback, and operational issues to product, engineering, marketing, and leadership teams
- Translating national strategy into regional execution plans, running team rhythms (1:1s, check-ins), and aligning with U.S. commercial leadership
- Recruiting and developing high-performing Territory Managers to scale the team as Halter expands across the U.S.
You bring strong frontline sales leadership experience in high-growth or high-velocity environments with a proven track record of coaching reps to improve performance. You're comfortable spending most of your time in the field, joining customer visits, and modeling best practices. You have expertise in modern sales methodologies (consultative/challenger sales, discovery techniques, role-plays) and strong operational discipline with CRM systems, pipeline management, and forecasting. Your leadership style combines clarity, accountability, and empathy with high support and strong culture-building. You thrive in dynamic, fast-growth environments and are resourceful in building systems and processes.
