Garner Health is transforming the U.S. healthcare system by partnering with employers to redesign how healthcare works. Using 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties and a dataset of 320M+ patients, Garner identifies the best-performing doctors and uses incentives to steer members to higher-quality care. The company has helped 2.5 million people access better care and saved $1B in healthcare costs in five years, with consistent year-over-year growth and a recent Series E funding round. As Regional Sales Director for the Northeast, you will own revenue responsibilities for a specific territory covering CT, MA, RI, NH, ME, VT, NJ, NY, PA, and DE, focusing on the 1,000-9,999 life segment. This is a build-and-close role with significant autonomy: you run your own book, take on the most complex deals, and shape how your region wins. You report directly to the VP of Employer Sales for the Northeast. Key responsibilities include: owning quarterly quota and delivering independently on complex, cross-functional deals with minimal support; building and growing the region's base of brokers and advisors by activating new partners and deepening relationships with high-producing ones; personally developing and winning the region's most strategic Gold Advisor relationships; and shaping territory strategy alongside Enterprise, Account Executive, Client Relations, and peer Regional Director roles. You should have experience in quota-carrying sales or sales support roles, working with benefits brokers and consultants, and ideally in health insurance. The ideal candidate is energized by a mission with measurable outcomes, comfortable engaging with AI tools, and driven by work that matters beyond team metrics. You'll work on genuinely hard problems at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, with real ownership, autonomy, and consistent coaching to help you grow.
