As Regional Sales Director, Enterprise, you will lead a high-growth sales team focused on the mid-market segment (501–5,000 employees). You will own enterprise new business and expansion revenue targets, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline health. You will execute go-to-market initiatives and personally support strategic deals to drive closure. Your responsibilities include leading, recruiting, and coaching a high-performing team of Account Executives to exceed KPIs, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and setting clear performance standards with career development paths.
You will drive disciplined CRM usage and data-driven decision-making to optimize sales performance. Cross-functionally, you will partner with Marketing on pipeline generation, collaborate with Product to share market insights, and work with Customer Success to ensure seamless handoffs and long-term expansion. You will refine internal processes to improve efficiency across the commercial segment.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including 2+ years leading high-performing enterprise teams, with a proven track record of exceeding targets in SaaS. Experience in BI, data analytics, and/or ETL platforms is strongly preferred. You thrive in fast-paced, Series A–D environments with high agency and comfort driving results.
Omni prioritizes candidates based in Chicago, Austin, NYC, or Boston, with physical hubs in San Francisco and Santa Cruz for those who prefer an office environment. The team includes founders from Looker and Stitch Data, bringing deep expertise in the data ecosystem.
