Classiq Technologies is building the platform that makes quantum computing practical and impactful for enterprises. As Regional Sales Director for Eastern Europe, you will be Classiq's first dedicated commercial leader in the region, establishing market leadership across one of the world's fastest-growing quantum ecosystems.
You will own the full deal lifecycle—from prospecting and connecting with decision-makers through proposal generation, negotiation, and contract closure. Your territory spans enterprise accounts, government initiatives, industry partners, and leading research organizations. You'll navigate complex buying committees that include Chief Scientists, CTOs, CDOs, CIOs, Heads of Innovation/R&D, procurement, and C-suite economic buyers. Sales cycles typically run 3–6 months.
Key responsibilities include: conducting executive-level discovery to surface business problems quantum computing can solve (often before buyers frame them in quantum terms); running multi-stakeholder sales processes from first meeting through execution; collaborating with product, pre-sales, customer success, marketing, and legal teams; positioning Classiq as a long-term strategic partner rather than a point solution; contributing to territory strategy and vertical messaging; representing Classiq at regional quantum events and industry conferences; and maintaining a rigorous, accurate pipeline.
You bring 5+ years of enterprise and/or ecosystem software sales experience with a proven track record closing $200K+ ACV deals. You have successfully sold into Fortune 500 enterprises (with specific named logos and numbers you can reference) and have experience selling deep tech SaaS solutions in emerging or pre-mainstream categories where you had to create buyer understanding rather than respond to existing demand. You can credibly engage technical buyers—engineers, scientists, PhD-level decision-makers—without losing credibility. You've managed multi-stakeholder enterprise deals involving both technical champions and VP/C-suite economic buyers. You thrive in fast-moving startup environments with evolving playbooks and excel at relationship-building and communication.
Required: fluency in English and either Polish or Romanian (written and spoken).
Bonus qualifications: technical degree and MBA; experience building a new enterprise software category; deep familiarity with target verticals (chemicals & materials, advanced manufacturing, healthcare & life sciences, financial services, aerospace & defense); quota history north of $2M ARR with documented attainment; background in quantum computing, advanced simulation, EDA tools, HPC, or AI/ML infrastructure during pre-mainstream phases.
