Classiq Technologies is seeking a Regional Sales Director to establish the company's commercial presence in Eastern Europe and lead enterprise quantum computing software sales across the region. As the first dedicated commercial leader in this territory, you will own the full deal lifecycle—from prospecting and discovery through contract closure—targeting Fortune 500 enterprises, government initiatives, research organizations, and industry partners.
You will navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying organizations involving Chief Scientists, CTOs, CDOs, CIOs, Heads of Innovation, procurement, and C-suite economic buyers. Sales cycles typically span 3–6 months. Your responsibilities include conducting executive-level discovery to surface business problems quantum computing can solve, structuring deals for long-term expansion, and positioning Classiq as a strategic partner rather than a point solution.
You will collaborate with internal teams including product, pre-sales, customer success, marketing, and legal. You'll contribute to territory strategy development, vertical messaging, and competitive positioning. You'll represent Classiq at regional quantum events and vertical-specific conferences as a credible ecosystem voice, while maintaining a rigorous, accurate sales pipeline.
Required qualifications: 5+ years of enterprise and/or ecosystem software sales with a track record of closing $200K+ ACV deals. Demonstrated success selling to Fortune 500 enterprises with specific named logos and numbers you can reference. Experience selling emerging or pre-mainstream categories where you had to create buyer understanding. Ability to credibly engage technical buyers—engineers, scientists, PhD-level decision-makers—without losing credibility. Experience managing multi-stakeholder enterprise deals involving both technical champions and VP/C-suite economic buyers. Comfort with fast-evolving playbooks in agile startup environments. Fluency in English and either Polish or Romanian (written and spoken).
Preferred: Technical degree and MBA. Experience building new enterprise software categories. Deep familiarity with target verticals: chemicals & materials, advanced manufacturing, healthcare & life sciences, financial services, or aerospace & defense. Prior quota-carrying experience north of $2M ARR with documented attainment. Background in quantum computing, advanced simulation, EDA tools, HPC, or AI/ML infrastructure during pre-mainstream phases.
