Flix is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead operational performance across assigned bus partners in Mexico. You will be responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, and high-quality execution of Flix services while driving operational excellence and supporting network growth. Key Responsibilities: - Lead operational performance of assigned bus partners, ensuring compliance with Flix standards and achievement of operational KPIs - Build strong partnerships through continuous coaching, training, and operational support to bus partners, drivers, and operational stakeholders - Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Customer Service, Network Planning, Legal, Finance, and other internal teams - Monitor service quality through operational KPIs, field inspections, audits, and performance reviews, driving continuous improvement - Manage operational incidents, regulatory compliance, and corrective action plans to ensure safe and reliable operations - Source, evaluate, and manage operational suppliers while supporting new route launches, fleet readiness, and network expansion - Analyze operational performance using Flix systems and reporting tools to identify improvement opportunities and optimize processes FlixBus offers a dynamic work environment with competitive pay, strong growth opportunities, and a tech-driven approach to making travel more accessible, sustainable, and affordable. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Transportation, or related field - 4+ years of experience in operations, transportation, logistics, mobility, or service operations management - Experience managing external partners, suppliers, or operational stakeholders while driving performance and accountability - Strong analytical skills with experience using operational KPIs, Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with ability to influence without direct authority - Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and travel frequently across assigned region - Proficiency in English - Preferred: Experience in passenger transportation, mobility, fleet operations, regulatory compliance, Lean/Continuous Improvement methodologies
