Grafana Labs, the company behind the open observability cloud, is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager for Western Europe to execute regional marketing strategy and lead programs that drive measurable business outcomes. This is a high-autonomy role where approximately 50% of your work is self-directed, requiring sound judgment, strong prioritization, and accountability for results.
You will lead regional marketing programs from planning through execution and retrospective, including strategy, budget management, goal setting, delivery, and performance reporting. Key responsibilities include executing ABM and regional marketing initiatives in partnership with Sales and SDR teams, independently managing day-to-day decisions and proactively addressing risks, and serving as a proficient user of core marketing platforms including Splash, Zuddl, Salesforce, and Monday.com.
A significant part of this role involves developing and documenting AI-enabled workflows that improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability across marketing operations, event execution, and reporting. You will identify opportunities to apply AI and automation across regional programs, analyze program performance to translate data into actionable insights, and plan and manage projects independently while coordinating stakeholders.
You will also provide guidance and support to Associates, contractors, and other team members on shared initiatives, and build expertise in Grafana's go-to-market strategy, regional marketing programs, and the ecosystem of channels, vendors, and partners that support growth.
Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in field or regional marketing or events with end-to-end program ownership, strong project and stakeholder management skills, independent proficiency with marketing platforms, and demonstrated experience operationalizing AI in marketing work. Experience with open source go-to-market motions is a plus. The role requires approximately 40% travel within Western Europe.
