Grafana Labs is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager for the West Coast to execute regional marketing strategy and lead programs that drive measurable business outcomes. This is a high-autonomy role where approximately 50% of work is self-directed, requiring sound judgment, strong prioritization, and accountability for results. You will own regional marketing programs end-to-end, including strategy, budget management, goal setting, delivery, and performance reporting. Key responsibilities include executing ABM and regional marketing initiatives in close partnership with Sales and SDR teams, managing day-to-day decisions independently, and proactively addressing risks. You'll serve as a proficient user of core marketing platforms (Splash, Zuddl, Salesforce, Monday.com) and identify opportunities to improve processes and tooling. A core expectation is leveraging AI as a fundamental part of your work—developing and documenting AI-enabled workflows that improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability across marketing operations, event execution, and reporting. You'll analyze program performance, translate data into actionable insights, and provide guidance to Associates and contractors on shared initiatives. Success means owning programs that run cleanly from start to finish and hit their goals, keeping momentum as priorities shift, catching problems before customers feel them, and creating AI workflows that others adopt across the team. You'll bring 3–5 years in field or regional marketing/events with end-to-end program ownership, strong project and stakeholder management skills, independent proficiency with marketing platforms, and demonstrated experience operationalizing AI in marketing work. Located on the West Coast with willingness to travel approximately 40%. Open source go-to-market experience is a plus.
