GitLab is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager for EMEA to lead strategy and execution of integrated marketing programs that drive pipeline growth across the region. You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Ecosystem teams to create in-person and digital experiences that demonstrate GitLab's value to enterprise audiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute regional field marketing strategies and integrated campaigns aligned to territory priorities and measurable pipeline goals
- Plan and deliver third-party and GitLab-owned events alongside digital programs to create meaningful engagement with customers and prospects
- Create detailed program plans and manage EMEA regional marketing initiatives that advance Sales and Ecosystem objectives
- Test, learn, and continuously improve programs to define best practices and evolve regional marketing as business needs change
- Analyze performance data and communicate program impact to local leadership and executive stakeholders, tailoring insights for different audiences
- Manage regional marketing budgets and financial processes to improve ROI through disciplined planning and measurement
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and other Marketing teams to execute demand generation and field marketing plans
- Partner with external agencies and third-party vendors to plan, manage, and deliver campaigns and events across EMEA
- Contribute to process improvements within the Regional Marketing organization
- Travel up to 50% as needed in line with company policy
Required experience:
- B2B technology marketing background with focus on field or regional marketing and close Sales collaboration
- Proven ability to create and execute marketing programs combining strategic planning with operational excellence
- Creative thinking and ability to build new programs from the ground up with fresh, practical approaches
- Data-driven mindset using performance insights to guide decisions and shape strategy
- Experience owning or supporting territory budgets and managing spend responsibly
- Strong organizational and communication skills to translate complex ideas into clear content and stakeholder updates
- Ability to work self-directed in fast-moving environments with multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Slack, Google Workspace, and core collaboration tools
