ComplyAdvantage is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager for EMEA to serve as the marketing voice and regional execution lead across Europe, Middle East, and Africa. This role bridges global marketing strategy with regional sales execution, requiring you to localize global campaigns, manage the regional marketing budget, and drive measurable business impact. Key responsibilities include translating global marketing campaigns into regionally relevant programs through content localization, adapting messaging for market and regulatory differences, and executing regional activations. You will plan and own all regional marketing activities including face-to-face events, industry conference sponsorships, regional webinars, co-marketing partnerships, and third-party event participation. Budget ownership is central to this role: you will estimate costs, manage spend, track ROI and performance, report results, and recommend optimizations. You'll act as the key liaison between the global marketing team and EMEA sales organization, ensuring sales teams understand target markets, personas, and campaign materials while gathering feedback to improve marketing-to-sales handoffs. Market intelligence is critical—you will monitor the regional competitive landscape and market trends to identify emerging opportunities, local nuances, and regulatory changes, feeding actionable insights back to the global team. You'll build and execute regional marketing plans aligned with global strategy, set regional goals, define timelines and metrics, and adjust based on local market conditions. Vendor and partner management is also key: coordinating event logistics, negotiating sponsorship deals, overseeing execution, and managing translation and localization services. You will ensure brand consistency across all regional initiatives, track and measure performance of all regional marketing initiatives, and develop regional relationships and partnerships with industry associations, influencers, and channel networks. Required qualifications include minimum three years of B2B SaaS marketing experience in a fast-growing scale-up environment, ideally with regional or field marketing exposure. You need hands-on experience in EMEA markets including event planning, sponsorships, and content localization. B2B SaaS event marketing experience (owned events, trade shows, webinars, speaking panels) in EMEA is essential. You must be comfortable collaborating in matrixed organizations, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrate a metrics-driven mindset with ability to track budgets and measure campaign performance. Vendor negotiation and logistics management experience is required. Professional English proficiency is mandatory; other European languages are a plus. Familiarity with EMEA marketing complexities, cultural considerations, regulatory nuances, and regional media ecosystems is important. Bonus experience includes channel or partner marketing programs.
