Veeam Software, the Data and AI Trust Company, is seeking a Regional Field Marketing Manager for the Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ) region. Following the acquisition of Securiti AI, a leader in AI-powered data security posture management (DSPM), this is a hybrid execution-and-strategy role that combines hands-on campaign delivery with regional strategic planning.
You will own the complete regional field marketing strategy and budget for APJ, driving pipeline growth for the combined Securiti AI + Veeam security and data management offering. This role requires deep partnership with regional Sales leadership to translate territory priorities and target accounts into integrated marketing programs spanning account-based marketing (ABM), field events, executive programs, trade shows, and webinars.
Key responsibilities include: developing and executing the regional field marketing plan aligned to Sales pipeline targets; partnering with Sales to prioritize accounts and territories; planning and executing integrated campaigns that position the combined value proposition; developing joint marketing initiatives with GSIs, regional integrators, VARs, and cloud partners; orchestrating cross-functional collaboration across Sales, BDRs, Channels, Alliances, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Customer Success, and Communications; and reporting on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI with quarterly adjustments to the regional investment mix.
You bring 8+ years of B2B field marketing, demand generation, or partner marketing experience, ideally in enterprise security, cloud, or data management. You have demonstrated ownership of a regional or segment budget, hands-on experience running MDF or co-op fund programs with compliance and ROI reporting, a track record of measurable pipeline contribution, and strong stakeholder management skills with senior Sales leaders and cross-functional peers. Experience marketing through a merger, acquisition, or brand-integration period is highly valued, as is customer advocacy program experience. A Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) is required.
