Precisely, a leader in data integrity and AI-first software company, is seeking a Regional HR Business Partner to support teams across the Americas. This is an individual-contributor role that balances hands-on employee support with strategic HR projects. You will serve as a trusted HR advisor to managers and employees, providing consultation on HR policies, procedures, and initiatives. Key responsibilities include administering HR tools and HRIS systems, managing employee relations issues (onboarding, exits, performance management), and ensuring timely and fair resolution of employment-related matters in compliance with legal requirements. You'll assess succession and development needs, recommend talent solutions, and partner with HR leadership on training and coaching initiatives. The role involves promoting employee engagement through team action plans, supporting organizational design and workforce planning with business leaders, and managing regional HR projects including M&A integration work as needed. You'll provide local oversight of corporate HR initiatives across the Americas and use AI tools to streamline routine tasks like drafting communications and preparing reports, freeing time for higher-value strategic partnering. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree and 5–8 years of progressive HR generalist or HR business partner experience in software/technology (SaaS preferred). You need practical knowledge across core HR disciplines: Employee Relations, Performance Management, Talent Development, Total Rewards, and Talent Acquisition. Working knowledge of US employment law and HR compliance is essential; Canada experience is a plus. You should demonstrate strong capability in conflict resolution and negotiation, manage competing priorities independently, and be proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and HR systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required. Occasional regional travel (<10%) is expected. The company operates a "work from anywhere" culture with 2,500 employees across 30 countries and emphasizes AI proficiency—you should be comfortable using generative AI tools in daily workflows.
