Quizizz (operating as Wayground in K-12) is a global learning platform trusted by 75 million monthly active users across 150+ countries. The company is a high-growth, profitable SaaS business backed by Tiger Global, GSV, and Nexus Venture Partners, with 90% of U.S. schools using the platform. As Regional Field Marketing Manager for the East region, you will be the primary field and channel marketing operator driving Wayground's regional go-to-market motion. The role recognizes that K-12 buying is locally defined by policy, funding, leadership changes, and procurement realities—so you'll execute regionally-native strategies rather than national playbooks. Key responsibilities include: **Event Leadership**: Own the regional event calendar, planning and executing Wayground's presence at state conferences, ISTE, ESA gatherings, and regional channel-partner events. Measure event ROI through pipeline contribution, relationship health, and lead conversion. **Webinar & Digital Programs**: Build and run a regional webinar series targeting district-level audiences, translating centralized content into formats that resonate with decision-makers and procurement teams. Coordinate with lifecycle marketing on distribution and nurture. **Channel Partnerships**: Develop operational relationships with ESA networks, state initiatives, CTE networks, superintendent associations, and technology leadership networks. Execute co-marketing campaigns with regional partners. **Demand Generation & ABM**: Build regional account-based marketing programs, multi-pod brand activations around state-level moments, and coordinated channel pushes that individual sales pods cannot execute alone. **Measurement & Reporting**: Own channel attribution, report weekly on pipeline, event performance, and partnership status. Success is measured on regionally sourced/influenced pipeline, event ROI, and cost per opportunity. You'll partner closely with regional Sales Managers, District Account Executives, an Enablement Manager, and centralized brand/content teams. The role reports to the Lead, K-12 Marketing, East. Required qualifications: 5+ years in field marketing, channel marketing, or B2B GTM execution. Demonstrated track record producing events at scale with end-to-end ownership. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, data orientation for attribution and ROI analysis, and excellent communication. NYC-region residence required. Hands-on experience with marketing automation, webinar platforms, and event production tools. Preferred: K-12 ed-tech or public-sector marketing experience; familiarity with ESA/BOCES/SEA networks and state superintendent associations; experience with cooperative purchasing and public-sector procurement; background in regional GTM models with pods or territory teams.
