This role combines strategic marketing leadership with hands-on event execution and demand generation. You will develop and implement a comprehensive healthcare industry marketing strategy aligned with sales priorities, identifying opportunities across provider, payer, and life sciences segments. You'll translate corporate messaging into tailored content and campaigns that resonate with healthcare decision-makers. Key responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns and tactics—trade shows, healthcare conferences, executive dinners, webinars, and community engagement. You'll manage event budgets, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and track ROI. You'll also develop strategies to generate qualified leads and maximize brand exposure, collaborating with brand, product, and digital teams to build thought leadership specific to healthcare. Relationship building is central: cultivate connections with industry leaders, advisors, and key stakeholders. Partner with sales to align event strategies to account targeting and revenue goals, and act as a brand ambassador representing the company. You bring 8–10 years of field marketing or event management experience in technology, with 3+ years driving demand in healthcare. You have a proven track record defining growth strategies and executing diverse marketing tactics including trade shows, executive events, and ABM programs. Strong project management skills, proficiency in CRM systems, and an analytical mindset are essential. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required.
