Mixpanel is the leading product intelligence and analytics platform trusted by 29,000+ companies. This role leads enterprise sales for the UK and Israel region, building a repeatable, high-performing enterprise motion while establishing a vertical go-to-market structure.
As Regional Director of Enterprise Sales for UK & Israel, you will design the enterprise GTM strategy for the region, including the transition toward vertical coverage models. You'll own quota attainment and forecast accuracy across your team, with responsibility for pipeline health and win-rate discipline. You'll partner directly with Account Executives on large, multi-threaded opportunities, orchestrating executive engagement and serving as the escalation point for strategic accounts.
Key responsibilities include designing enterprise GTM strategy and repeatable sales processes; owning quota attainment and forecast accuracy; partnering on complex, multi-stakeholder deals; recruiting and coaching enterprise sellers at all career stages; and aligning with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Partnerships teams.
You'll need extensive enterprise SaaS sales experience with several years leading teams at multiple career levels. You should have a track record of leading complex enterprise deals with large contract values and direct experience building or scaling an enterprise or vertical sales motion from the ground up. Strong command of enterprise forecasting, pipeline inspection, and revenue governance is essential. You must demonstrate ability to hire and develop sellers at different career stages, executive presence for C-level engagement, comfort with ambiguity, and experience in UK and Israel markets or comparable international markets.
Bonus qualifications include experience in analytics, data, MarTech, or product analytics; operating in US-headquartered global organizations; high-growth or early-stage enterprise sales environments; and relevant language skills for UK or Israel markets.
