Wiz is seeking an experienced Regional Director of Sales to lead enterprise and mid-enterprise expansion in the NY/NJ market. Reporting to the Regional VP of Sales, you will build and manage a high-performing team of account executives while executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy focused on driving Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth and establishing long-term partnerships with key enterprise clients.
You will be responsible for leading a sales team focused on mid-enterprise and enterprise accounts, developing tailored regional strategies, and ensuring consistent execution against revenue goals. Key responsibilities include building and executing GTM plans aligned with Wiz's objectives, demonstrating deep knowledge of Wiz's cloud security solutions, and effectively communicating their value to enterprise buyers navigating digital modernization and security initiatives.
You will identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the mid-enterprise and enterprise segments, leveraging your network and understanding of cooperative purchasing agreements and grant funding mechanisms to expand Wiz's market presence. Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, solutions engineering, and customer success teams is essential to ensure an integrated sales approach.
The role requires analyzing sales performance metrics to continuously improve team efficiency and outcomes, maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers (CIOs, CISOs, Procurement Directors), and fostering long-term strategic partnerships. You will operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where your expertise in the enterprise buying cycle and ability to align sales efforts with cutting-edge cloud security solutions will be critical to success.
