Salary: USD 185,000 - 216,000 / annual
Wiz, a rapidly growing cloud and AI security platform (recently acquired by Google), is seeking an experienced Regional Director of Sales to lead enterprise expansion in the NY/NJ market. Reporting to the Regional VP of Sales, you will build and lead a high-performing team of account executives focused on mid-enterprise and enterprise accounts, driving significant ARR growth and establishing long-term partnerships with key clients.
You will own the comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the region, leveraging deep expertise in the enterprise buying cycle and Wiz's cloud security solutions. Key responsibilities include leading and developing your sales team through tailored regional strategies, identifying and cultivating new business opportunities (including cooperative purchasing and grant funding), and collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, solutions engineering, and customer success teams.
You will analyze sales performance metrics to drive continuous improvement, maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (CIOs, CISOs, Procurement Directors), and ensure alignment with Wiz's revenue objectives. The role requires 8+ years of sales leadership experience with a focus on the NY/NJ market and proven success leading mid-enterprise and enterprise account executives.
Preferred qualifications include cybersecurity or cloud security market experience, familiarity with sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message), exceptional communication and presentation skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
