You will join as Regional Director of Enterprise Sales, reporting directly to the VP of International Sales. You will manage a team of 5-7 Enterprise Account Executives focused on the India and broader APAC region, driving revenue growth and building a high-performing sales organization.
Key responsibilities include: managing and executing business strategy for your sales team; building collaborative team culture with strong onboarding and ramping processes; preparing forecasts, territory management, and growth plans; establishing performance metrics; driving cross-functional alignment with marketing, customer success, BDR, sales engineering, and customer engineering; and setting account strategy for Chainguard's largest accounts in the region.
You bring 6+ years of experience selling technical products (open source, DevOps, or security preferred) and 3+ years successfully managing high-performing software sales teams. You have proven track record of exceeding revenue and pipeline targets, experience with CSP marketplaces, and existing enterprise customer relationships across APAC. You're comfortable selling to Fortune 500 companies, have strong CRM and marketing automation skills, and thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Travel as needed for customer engagement and team alignment.
