Motive is seeking a Regional Director of Account Management to lead sales operations across Pakistan (Islamabad and Lahore offices). You will manage and develop Sales Managers who oversee Account Executives, driving revenue targets for Motive's SMB segment—the company's largest revenue stream.
Motive provides fleet management and operations software for physical economy businesses including trucking, logistics, construction, oil & gas, and local delivery services. The platform combines safety, operations, and finance management with AI-powered visibility and automation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Meeting and exceeding bookings and revenue targets through a multi-level sales team structure
- Establishing and tracking inbound/outbound pipeline targets, KPIs, and operating metrics
- Ensuring consistent execution of the sales playbook and CRM alignment
- Delivering sales management training and coaching to Sales Managers and Account Executives
- Prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business; teaching team members these core skills
- Maintaining disciplined pipeline management and forecasting
- Leveraging Motive's full product suite (ELD, Dashcam, Motive Card, new products) in sales pursuits
- Call coaching and skill development for direct reports
- Auditing and forecasting business performance to leadership
Required qualifications:
- 4+ years in international sales (US market experience preferred)
- 2+ years in sales leadership (second-line leadership preferred), ideally in technology/product companies
- Proven B2B sales track record with success in short-cycle, competitive markets
- Strong contractual and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage and hold teams accountable for pipeline metrics
- Self-starter mentality with resourcefulness in ambiguous situations
You should be based in or willing to relocate to Islamabad or Lahore.
