Distro (operating as VensureHR) is seeking a Regional Channel Business Consultant to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships with insurance brokers and centers of influence for their Professional Employer Organization (PEO) services. In this role, you will design and execute comprehensive channel strategies to accelerate sales growth across your region. You'll cultivate and sustain high-impact relationships with channel partners, collaborating to develop actionable business plans and shared revenue goals. Key responsibilities include delivering targeted training and ongoing support to empower partners to effectively position and sell PEO solutions, leading regular performance reviews to identify growth opportunities, and driving market penetration by identifying and onboarding new channel partners aligned with company values. You'll gather and analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions, partner with internal sales teams and executive leadership to navigate complex engagements, and represent the company at industry conferences, customer events, and training sessions. Frequent domestic travel is required, including air travel and ground transportation. This is an independent, energetic sales role requiring strong negotiation and closing skills, the ability to influence key stakeholders, and proficiency with CRM systems. You'll balance multiple clients and tasks in a dynamic environment while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and business ethics. REQUIREMENTS: - High school diploma or equivalent (or relevant non-traditional degree, certifications, or job training) - At least 2 years of sales experience - Previous experience and proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) preferred - Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Valid, non-restrictive driver's license (required for regular travel to client sites and company locations) - Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets - Exceptional negotiation and closing skills - Understanding and execution of sales methodologies and best practices - In-depth understanding of PEO products and services - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong time management and organizational skills in dynamic environments - Ability to define problems, collect and interpret data, and draw valid conclusions - Flexibility to adjust strategies based on market changes - Strong cross-functional collaboration skills - Commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs
