Salary: USD 240,000 - 280,000 / annual

HeartFlow is a publicly traded medical technology company (HTFL) pioneering AI-driven cardiac diagnostics for coronary artery disease, the leading cause of death worldwide. The company's flagship product, HeartFlow FFR_CT Analysis, provides non-invasive 3D cardiac imaging and blood-flow assessment, supported by ACC/AHA guidelines and deployed across the US, UK, Europe, Japan, and Canada with over 500,000 patient uses. The Regional Business Manager (RBM) for the West region will lead and develop a team of Territory Account Managers (TAMs) across Southern California (Los Angeles, San Diego, Irvine), driving adoption of HeartFlow's cardiac diagnostic pathway among cardiologists, internists, general practitioners, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants managing coronary artery disease and acute coronary syndrome. Key responsibilities include: - Hiring, training, coaching, and developing TAM team members to execute critical behaviors and deliver growth results - Working directly with key strategic hospital and health system accounts to develop and execute business development plans - Driving cCTA (coronary CT angiography) adoption and FFR_CT penetration within assigned accounts - Facilitating cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (clinical, product, marketing, market access, CT applications) to create innovative customer engagement programs - Organizing and executing physician education initiatives including dinner programs, VIP visits, CT pathway road-shows, and office meetings - Building and maintaining relationships with referring physicians and clinical stakeholders - Meeting and exceeding quota targets for strategic accounts, measured by cCTA growth conversion rates and FFR_CT case penetration Required skills and experience: - Proven sales management background with track record of quota achievement and team leadership - Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, performance-manage, and promote talent - Strong account development experience building clinical programs in healthcare settings - Clinical/technical acumen with ability to quickly learn and communicate complex diagnostic concepts - Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills - Territory management and sales planning expertise - Cross-functional collaboration and resource coordination capabilities This is a customer-facing role with primary focus on field engagement with direct sales team and healthcare customers. The position offers the opportunity to shape the sales organization while directly impacting adoption of transformative cardiac diagnostic technology.
