HeartFlow is a publicly traded medical technology company (HTFL) pioneering AI-driven cardiac diagnostics for coronary artery disease, the leading cause of death worldwide. The Regional Business Manager (RBM) will lead and develop a team of Territory Account Managers across the Northeast, driving adoption of HeartFlow's flagship FFR_CT Analysis and related diagnostic solutions. In this customer-facing management role, you will hire, train, coach, and develop TAMs to execute against critical performance behaviors that deliver growth. You'll spend significant time in the field with your direct reports and customers—cardiologists, internists, general practitioners, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants managing CAD/ACS patients. Your primary responsibility is ensuring the sales team has clear expectations, resources, and coaching to drive HeartFlow adoption across the referring physician network. Key responsibilities include: creating progressive programming to reach ordering physicians; developing and executing business development plans with key strategic accounts; facilitating cross-functional collaboration with TSM, Marketing, Market Access, CT Apps, Product Development, and Clinical teams; organizing clinical engagement activities (dinner programs, VIP visits, CT pathway road-shows, physician office meetings); maintaining and building relationships with referring physicians and clinical stakeholders; educating customers on HeartFlow's value proposition through presentations and discussions; and championing HeartFlow to build physician advocacy. Success is measured by TAM quota achievement in strategic accounts, cCTA growth (conversion of non-invasive tests), and FFR_CT penetration/case growth over baseline. You will demonstrate ability to hire, develop, performance-manage, and promote talent while building strong clinical programs. The role requires proven sales management experience, account development skills, clinical/technical proficiency, and the ability to quickly grasp and disseminate new clinical information to customers.
