As Regional Activation Manager for the West, you will own end-to-end execution of brand activations, events, and market-level initiatives across the Western region. Your responsibilities include:
• Plan and execute regional activations, events, and partnerships that drive brand awareness and consumer engagement
• Localize national campaign concepts for Western markets, ensuring cultural and audience relevance
• Manage regional budget and track ROI on activation spend
• Source venues, coordinate vendors and staffing, handle on-site logistics, and manage day-of execution
• Build and maintain relationships with local partners, venues, and external stakeholders
• Serve as primary point of contact for regional stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Travel within the region (50-60%) to support on-site activations
The role requires translating broader brand strategy into impactful, locally-relevant experiences while maintaining consistent execution. You'll work cross-functionally with acquisition, product, and operations teams in a culture that emphasizes customer-centric problem-solving, hypothesis-driven work, and rapid iteration over rigid processes.
