The Farmer's Dog is seeking a Regional Activation Manager for the Southeast to lead the planning and execution of regional brand activations, events, partnerships, and market-level initiatives. This role translates national brand strategy into locally relevant experiences that build awareness, deepen consumer engagement, and drive business results.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own end-to-end execution of activations: venue sourcing, vendor/staffing coordination, on-site logistics, and day-of management
- Localize national campaign concepts for Southeast market audiences
- Manage regional budget, track spend to plan, and measure ROI
- Build and maintain relationships with local partners, venues, and vendors
- Serve as primary point of contact for regional stakeholders
- Travel within region as needed (50-60%) for on-site activation support
The ideal candidate has at least two years of relevant experience in brand activation, event marketing, or regional marketing roles. You are a builder and executor who thrives turning big-picture strategy into memorable on-the-ground experiences. You understand how to adapt national priorities to resonate with local communities and consumers. You're a natural relationship builder comfortable developing partnerships with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders. You own problems end-to-end and are comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration.
