As Regional Activation Manager for the South Central region, you will own the planning and execution of brand activations, events, partnerships, and market-level initiatives that build brand awareness, deepen consumer engagement, and drive business results. This is a hands-on role that bridges national brand strategy with locally relevant, impactful experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end execution of regional activations: venue sourcing, vendor/staffing coordination, logistics, and on-site management
- Localizing national campaign concepts for South Central audiences
- Managing regional budget with measurable ROI tracking
- Building and maintaining relationships with local partners, venues, and vendors
- Serving as primary point of contact for regional stakeholders
- Regional travel (50-60%) for activation support
The company operates with a cross-functional, hypothesis-driven culture focused on customer problems and measurable impact rather than industry benchmarks. You'll work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to execute with precision and adapt quickly based on customer feedback.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years of relevant experience in activation, experiential marketing, or brand management. You're a builder and executor who thrives turning strategy into memorable ground-level experiences, understands how to localize brand messaging, and excel at relationship-building with internal teams and external partners.
